5. Polyferric sulfate is higher than traditional coagulant, but lower than polymer such as polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide.
Considering the overall treatment effect and cost, the polyferric sulfate is superior to traditional agents and the same polymer. This also makes it widely used as the third generation chemical coagulant and replaces other coagulants.
