1. What is the density of polymeric ferric sulfate

When the density reaches 1.45, it can be judged as a high-quality product. In this value, it can be said that the higher the density, the better the product quality.

In production, with the change of temperature and pressure, the volume or density will also change correspondingly. Therefore, it is very important to control the temperature and pressure in production.

The density of polymeric ferric sulfate can be detected by densitometer. The specific operation is: put the product into the measuring cylinder, put the measuring cylinder into the thermostatic water tank, and put the densitometer for measurement after the temperature is stable.

2. What is the content of polymeric ferric sulfate

Generally speaking, poly iron content refers to the total iron content of products. The higher the total iron content, the better the product quality. Generally, the total iron content of liquid products is between 10% and 11.5%. The lower the content, the lower the density of poly iron. When the iron sulfate content reaches 11%, the density of liquid products is 1.45. The thicker the poly iron liquid, the higher the density, and the higher the total iron content.

The total iron content of solid polyferric Sulfate products is between 19-22%, 19% products are qualified, and more than 21% products are first class products. Of course, the content is closely related to liquid products.
