Polyaluminium chloride can be stirred quickly, but the stirring speed also has sequence. It should be stirred quickly first and stirred slowly.
Polyaluminium chloride needs to be fully fused with water in the process of water coagulation, which requires strong and fast water flow. The speed and time speed of the agitator can be set at 150 rpm-200 rpm and 1 minute-3 minutes by referring to the details of the production process.
The flocculation process first collides the coagulant with colloidal particles in water and then flocculates finally to form flocculent (alum). With the growth of flocculent, the stirring intensity or water flow speed gradually decreases, so as to avoid the alum being broken. The speed can be set to 40 rpm-50 rpm and the stirring time is 15-20 min.
Rapid stirring was initially required to facilitate uniform diffusion and rapid hydrolysis of PAC. In this way, inhomogeneous diffusion of PAC can be avoided and high concentration of local agent can be effectively avoided, which will affect the function of agent in water. When the agent is fully dissolved and flocculent is formed, the stirring intensity should be reduced so as not to disperse the flocculent already formed. At this time, slow stirring should be carried out to further expand the flocculent formed so as to realize solid-liquid separation.
