Demand of polyaluminium chloride for different sewage

Polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is a commonly used water purifying agent. There are many introductions about PAC. Many users know the kinds of PAC. However, the amount of PAC required for each ton of sewage is not clear. Here is a detailed introduction for you

The amount of PAC used in treating sewage from different industries is also different:

1. Low turbidity sewage, generally according to the dilution ratio of PAC and tap water is about 1:3. The solid PAC is then completely dissolved by constant and uniform stirring.

2. Sewage treatment: every ton of sewage needs to be fully dissolved by adding 30 grams of polyaluminium chloride first, then diluted by adding polyacrylamide to observe sewage continuously. If flocculation, the sedimentation effect is not obvious, the dosage of polyaluminium chloride needs to be increased slightly. If the water splashes roll upwards and are large and dense, the dosage of PAC needs to be reduced appropriately.

3. When the sewage is turbid between 100 mg/l and 500 mg, the dosage of PAC is between 5-10 mg and the dosage of sewage per 1000 ton is between 5 kg and 10 kg. Pilot tests should be carried out before proper dosage to determine the proper dosage of PAC so as to achieve better water purification effect for sewage.

4. Paper mill sewage treatment: generally use low turbidity dosage, if the effect is not obvious, the dosage needs to be increased appropriately.
