Polyaluminium chloride dosage in various sewage treatment

Polyaluminium chloride is a new water-soluble inorganic macromolecule water-purifying flocculant, which is used in water purification, wastewater treatment, foundry, paper-making, medicine, food and other fields. In order to achieve better flocculation effect and economic benefits, users need to determine the better dosage per thousand tons of water according to the turbidity of source water, different seasons and different reaction conditions.

When using, prepare 3-5% water solution (calculated by product weight): after the solid product is decomposed into liquid by adding 1:3 water, add 10-30 times of clear water to dilute to the required concentration.

The dosage can be determined according to the different turbidity of raw water. When the turbidity of raw water is 100-500 mg/L, the dosage per 1000 ton is 10-20 kg. When the turbidity of raw water is high, the dosage can be increased appropriately and reduced appropriately when the turbidity is low.

Polyaluminium chloride solution must be prepared before it is put into use in a certain proportion. The prepared PAC solution should be used up as soon as possible to avoid affecting the water treatment effect.
