According to the commonly used solid polyaluminum chloride PAC diluted with liquid, we summarized and shared how to prepare some common polyaluminum chloride PAC concentrations, hoping to help you!
1. According to the condition of raw water, a small test shall be conducted before application to find a better dosage. To facilitate the calculation, a test solution is prepared, usually 2 ≤ 5% smaller, depending on the weight ratio (W ≤ W). 3% aqueous solution: when mixed with 3g polyaluminum chloride PAC solid, put it into a 200ml washed measuring cylinder, add about 50ml water, dissolve it in 100ml scale, dilute and shake up.
2. Polyaluminum chloride PAC solid can be mixed: the mass ratio of purified water is 1:9 to 1:15 (the liquid product is 1:2 to 1:5) to dissolve polyaluminum chloride for production and processing. The aqueous solution with aluminum oxide content less than 1% is easy to hydrolyze, the use effect is poor, and the concentration is too high to add uniformly.
3. Better dose shall be adopted on the basis of small dose inspection, and special attention shall be paid to observation and adjustment during the test. If there is little alum in the sedimentation tank and there is a lot of residual turbidity, the dosage is too small; If the alum in the sedimentation tank is large and poured, and the residual turbidity is too much, the dosage is too large, so it must be adjusted accordingly.
4. It is to prevent corrosion of power distribution equipment. This product can use any sewage treatment equipment.
Use method of polyaluminum chloride: In order to achieve better flocculation effect and economic benefits, users can determine better dosage through experiments according to different raw water turbidity, different seasons and different pool shapes. Liquid PAC products are made into 5-10% aqueous solution, and solid polyaluminum chloride is made into 3-5% aqueous solution (calculated by commercial weight). The higher the turbidity of raw water, the thinner the prepared solution, the greater the dosage, and the better the flocculation effect.
Polyaluminum chloride has the characteristics of low price, low dosage and good effect when used. Compared with other water purifying agents of the same type, it has the following obvious advantages:
1.Polyaluminum chloride has excellent solubility and can be rapidly dissolved in water.
2.Polyaluminum chloride has extremely strong adsorption capacity. When the diluted solution of polyaluminum chloride is added to the sewage, flocs can be rapidly formed to accelerate the precipitation of impurities in the sewage. Its purification efficiency is several times that of similar inorganic flocculants.
3. Polyaluminum chloride has low price, low consumption and low water treatment cost.
4. Polyaluminium chloride is easy to operate when used.
5. When used, polyaluminum chloride is hardly affected by external temperature.
6. Polyaluminum chloride is also rarely affected by the pH of water.
