Printing and dyeing wastewater: 100-300 kg/1000 tons of water
Bleaching and dyeing sewage: 100-300 kg/1000 tons of water
Paint making sewage: 100-300 kg/1000 tons of water
Tannery wastewater: 100-300 kg/1000 tons of water
Food sewage: 50-150 kg/1000 tons of water
Chemical sewage: 50-100 kg/1000 tons of water
Emulsion wastewater: 50-200 kg/1000 tons of water
Coal washing wastewater: 30-100 kg/1000 tons of water
The dosage of polyaluminum chloride agent is 20-50 kg of tap water and 50-100 kg of sewage for every 1000 tons of water. This ratio is the theoretical dosage of polyaluminum chloride directly used in raw water without other purification methods. In the actual process, since the raw water has gone through biochemical treatment and other chemical treatment processes, the dosage should be appropriately reduced. In addition, some flocculants close to polyaluminum chloride, such as polyaluminum ferric chloride, basic aluminum chloride, and polymeric ferric sulfate, can also be added with reference to this dosage, which only needs to be adjusted slightly in daily production.
The amount of polyaluminum chloride used is not the more the better, nor the less the better. Instead, it is necessary to find the best dosage for water treatment, so as to obtain the best treatment effect at the lowest cost!
