5、 Pay attention to observation and adjustment during operation. If there is less alum flower and large residual turbidity in the sedimentation tank, the dosage is too small. If there is large and upturned alum flower and high residual turbidity in the sedimentation tank, the dosage is too large, which should be adjusted appropriately.
6、 When in use, liquid products are prepared into 5-10% water solution, and solid polyaluminum chloride products are prepared into 3-5% water solution (calculated by commodity weight);
7、 Pay attention to observation and adjustment during operation. If there is less alum and large residual turbidity in the sedimentation tank, the dosage is too small; If the alum in the sedimentation tank is large and overturned, and the residual turbidity is high, the dosage is too large, and it should be adjusted appropriately to achieve the best state.
8、 Less than 1% solution is easy to hydrolyze, which will reduce the use effect of polyaluminum chloride. Too high concentration is easy to cause waste, and it is not easy to control the dosage.
