Polyaluminum chloride(PAC) is of high, medium and low quality. Food grade polyaluminum chloride is the top grade of polyaluminum chloride. It has white powder, uniform particles, good fluidity, low turbidity of product aqueous solution and good stability. It is mainly used for high-standard drinking water treatment. White polyaluminum chloride is superior to traditional polyaluminum chloride in terms of function and use. In papermaking, it can prolong the storage life of paper better than the traditional aluminum sulfate sizing process. The flocculation effect of low-temperature and low turbidity water and high turbidity water can not be compared with that of ordinary polyaluminum chloride flocculant. Because food grade polyaluminum chloride flocculant is not toxic, it is also used in the solid-liquid sedimentation separation process of various food, sugar, fruit, wine, feed and other products to varying degrees.

Is the color of polyaluminum chloride different when treating sewage? The colors of polyaluminum chloride are generally white, yellow and brown. There are great differences in the application and production process of different colors of polyaluminum chloride. Polyaluminum chloride with alumina content of 27% - 30% within the standard range is mostly earthy yellow, yellow and light yellow solid powder. These types of polyaluminum chloride have good water solubility. With the physicochemical changes such as electrochemistry, coagulation, adsorption and precipitation, the flocs are rapidly coarsened and formed, with high activity and rapid precipitation. The purification effect on high turbidity water is obvious.

Food grade polyaluminum chloride is called high-purity iron free white polyaluminum chloride due to its high purity, or food grade polyaluminum chloride. Compared with other polyaluminum chloride, the quality is higher. The main raw materials are good aluminum hydroxide powder and hydrochloric acid. The production process is spray drying method, and the domestic technology is relatively good. Food grade polyaluminium chloride is used as sizing agent for paper making, sugar decolorizing and clarifying agent, tanning, medicine, cosmetics, fine casting and water treatment.
