Method and usage of polymerized aluminum chloride for different water qualities

Polyaluminium chloride, as a new water treatment agent, is convenient to use and can treat various levels of sewage. There are so many different kinds of liquids and solids in addition to the color distinction. They are used in different ways and in different quantities for different water qualities.

First, it is divided into solids and liquids. Solids need to be dissolved fully with water before they are used. The dissolution ratio is 5%, i.e. 50 g polyaluminium chloride is added into 1 kg of water to dissolve. And so on. It needs to be explained here that the water needed to dissolve the PAC proportioning solution is tap water or well water, and wastewater can not be used to dissolve it. Dissolution time: although the water solubility of PAC is very good, such as water immersion, it is suggested that stirring time should be at least 5 minutes, and then sewage treatment should be carried out according to the dosage of agent.

The liquid polyaluminium chloride is slightly more convenient than the solid and can be put into operation directly. However, liquid PAC is not easy to preserve and transport over long distances compared with solids. Therefore, the selection of PAC should be based on the individual conditions. The ratio is: water = 5-8% (M/V) solution. Although the solution below 1% is easy to hydrolyze, it will reduce the use effect. If the concentration is too high, it is difficult to master and easy to cause waste.

Polyaluminium chloride is used for different water quality. In low turbidity water, the ratio of PAC to water can be 1:3 and diluted with tap water, stirred to completely dissolve and put into use.

In the sewage treatment of paper mill, low turbidity water can be added in a proper proportion if the effect is not obvious.

In domestic sewage, the polyaluminium chloride product of about 30KG can be added to each ton of water first. In order to achieve better effect, it can be used together with polyacrylamide.

In industrial sewage treatment, it can be dispensed according to the proportion of low turbidity sewage. If possible, high content products of polyaluminium chloride can be selected.
