The raw materials of PAC are hydrochloric acid, calcium aluminate powder, bauxite and aluminium hydroxide powder. Polyaluminium chloride for frame 30 manufactured by most manufacturers is made from hydrochloric acid, calcium aluminate powder, bauxite and a small amount of aluminium hydroxide, because of the shortage of aluminium hydroxide, the color will be different; In the process of producing PAC, the proportioning ratio, reaction time, temperature and the quality of plate and frame filtration of hydrochloric acid, calcium aluminate powder and bauxite all directly affect the product quality and, of course, the appearance of the product. Some polyaluminium chloride on the market, the color after dissolution is red, which is caused by the increase of red material in the production process. However, with the increase of red material, the precipitation rate of produced polyaluminium chloride is faster. Polyaluminium chloride produced in some factories turns yellow after dissolving, but it is turbid because it is not filtered out and the water insoluble content in the inside of polyaluminium chloride is high, which will cause the liquid of polyaluminium chloride to be impervious after dissolving. The content of calcium aluminate powder and the purity of hydrochloric acid have direct influence on PAC. Good raw materials determine the quality.
