1. Large alum particles rise on the tank surface

2. Fine flocs rise in the clear water area and the effluent is turbid

3. The sludge layer height may increase too fast, and the effluent turbidity will rise

This is mainly caused by the small amount of sludge discharged. The problem of shortening the sludge discharge cycle and prolonging the sludge discharge time will be solved accordingly.

4. There are many bubbles in the clear water area

The main reason is that the amount of water added with lime is too large, the sludge in the tank will ferment after settling for a long time, and the water in the clarifier will bring air. Accordingly, it is only necessary to reduce the dosage of lime water, stop the operation, carry out mud cleaning operation, and try to calm the air.

5. Tipping in Qingshui District

The main reasons for this situation are that the inlet water temperature is too high, the inlet water flow is too large, the dosing is interrupted, the sludge is not discharged in time, and the sludge layer is too high. The corresponding treatment method is to lower the inlet water temperature to the normal value, reduce the inlet water volume, add chemicals in time, discharge sludge in time, and control the height of sludge layer.
