1、Treatment of water used for domestic purposes is also the treatment of washing wastewater.
Because there are a lot of surfactants in the water, if such agents react with oil stains, dust particles, etc., they will form colloidal particles with negative charges, which are easily and stably stored in the water. If an appropriate amount of polyaluminum chloride is added to the waste water, a large number of positive charged cations will be generated, as well as multi-core high charge coordination ions formed by foundation bridging, which can make the charges suspended on the surface of the colloidal particles have strong adsorption and neutralization capacity and the ability to compress the double electric layer, thus destabilizing the colloidal particles, and then adsorbing and precipitating the pollutants to separate the water body.
2、Papermaking wastewater treatment The discharge of papermaking wastewater is large
A large proportion of them come from the section water treatment, and many black liquor from paper making enterprises are also mixed with the middle section water for treatment after pretreatment (anaerobic, strong acid treatment, cellulose separation, neutralization, etc.). The harmful substances in papermaking wastewater increase. The removal rate of COD and SS increased with the increase of alkalinity in the treatment of papermaking wastewater by polyaluminum chloride coagulation precipitation. It should be noted here that the removal rate decreases after the base degree is 75%. At the temperature of 250 ℃, adding 0.6gL of polyaluminum chloride with the base degree of 75% can make the effluent meet the national discharge standard. In addition, polyaluminum chloride is of practical significance in the treatment of papermaking wastewater because of its low price, and because the sediment can be returned to the papermaking process as raw materials, there is no secondary pollution problem, and it can produce certain economic benefits. It is found that under alkaline (pH 7-9) conditions, when the dosage of coagulant is more than 750mgL, the removal rate of suspended solids can reach more than 95%, and 20-50% of CODCr can be removed.
3、Printing and dyeing wastewater treatment We are familiar with printing and dyeing wastewater, which has high COD, chroma and ph value.
Coagulation is a commonly used treatment method for its wastewater. Although the coagulation effect of polyaluminum chloride is good, and the dosage we add is relatively low, the application of polyaluminum chloride is limited due to its poor neutralizing ability to the high alkalinity of printing and dyeing wastewater. Through many years of research, the use of two coagulants in combination with their complementary advantages and the synergistic effect of the same ion effect can reduce the treatment cost and improve the treatment effect.
4、Oily wastewater treatment
Oily wastewater mainly refers to a large amount of produced water generated from oil field exploitation, oily wastewater discharged from refineries and petrochemical plants, and oily wastewater generated from cleaning oil tankers and vehicles. Generally, the treatment of oily wastewater mainly adopts the methods of oil separation sedimentation, air flotation and biochemistry. Polyaluminum chloride and modified cationic polyacrylamide are used together to treat oily wastewater by coagulation, sedimentation and filtration, which has a very good treatment effect. The relative molecular weight of the modified cationic polyacrylamide should not be too high, and it can be easily compounded with polyaluminum chloride to achieve ideal results.
